My name is Fluffy, and I'm a cute young lady who has had a difficult couple years. The family who raised me meant well, but they were not always very nice when they house trained me. Also, they had a young child who wanted to be responsible for my training but thought it would be okay to punish me if I had accidents or did the things puppies normally do. I've been rescued now and I really try to trust people, but I"m still shy at first and don't like anyone reaching toward me quickly. I still have no patience for young humans, so it's best if I'm not around them, at least for now. I'm still learning that people reach for nice, cute little girls like me to give loving, not punishment. I really am a good girl, and I want to be friends with people, but it will take some time to build trust. Just look at me, I can be very happy and I'm truly worth the effort. Please don't give up on me just because I've had hard times. I'm young and ready to learn to be loving!
