Phoebe is a beautiful, sweet, and playful little double-dappled puppy. Like most double-dapples, Phoebe was born with limited vision- her eyes did not fully develop. However, all her other senses are fine, she is in great health otherwise, and she does not let her lack of vision slow her down at all! Phoebe plays well with the other dogs, is a very quick learner, and truly loves the attention and praise she gets when she interacts with people. It's hard to decide whether to even call her "special needs"- Phoebe doesn't know she's supposed to see any better than she does, and she is every bit as curious and functional as any puppy we've had the pleasure to foster! Add to that the fact that she's so cute, and it's easy to understand why we feel Phoebe is a great little pup!
