Princess is a little lady who is timid at first but warms up into a real loyal, loving pet. She has some difficulties with other pets and will do best as the only dog. She has little patience for most young humans and responds well to consistent guidelines. Princess will not be the right pet for everybody, but for the right person she will give you her love and loyalty forever!
NOTE: Princess has developed a condtion called "dry eye" and it must be treated with prescription eyedrops at least twice daily. She is generally cooperatve with the process, but it is an ongoing expense and is necessary, otherwise her tear ducts don't produce any moisture and her eyes will not last long. We initially tried moisturizing drops and artificial tears but they were ineffective. She uses tacrolimus, which is excellent at helping her generate enough teardrops to keep both eyes functional.
