Tigger is a special needs puppy. He was born with a twisted back, so things aren't quite where they belong on him. Tigger doesn't care about that, he hops around, scoots all over, and is so fast he's hard to keep up with! Tigger also has a special diet and regular medication due to an underdeveloped liver. Tigger needs an adopter who understands that he will never be like other dogs but that he is a very happy puppy anyway.
