Lucy "We were lucky enough to get Lucy through DLT after her 92 year old owner passed away. She is the sweetest puppy and loves to play, play, play. Thanks to everyone at DLT for all the hard work they do for our pups. Here is a photo of Lucy on a recent car trip. This is a rare photo of her not in motion! :)" Steve & Joanna
Roxie Roxie and Cookie were adopted together and have been living the good life ever since. A note from their forever Mom, "they are the best decision we’ve ever made so thank you for all you guys do." We say, "Thank YOU for adopting these sweet girls!"
Nala I just wanted to send you a picture of Nala and give you an update. We renamed her Sadie, and she is doing really well. Sadie is the happiest little dog I've ever seen. She is quick to obey and loves to snuggle. She loves our other dachshund, Cooper, and actually brings him toys. It's been great to see how well she has adapted to our home. Thank you again for taking such good care of Sadie. We are thankful to have such a loving addition to our family! Wendy S.
Peanut "Spidey-Max chose me to be part of his awesome life three years ago. Dachshund Lovers of Texas rescued Spidey-Max (aka Peanut) from abusive and horrible living conditions. However, it’s all Four Seasons Resort now! I love my Spidey-Max…he sleeps next to me every night and is an amazing brother to his two other fuzzy Doxies in our home. I am thankful to this organization for saving those who don’t have a voice." Bradley
Dylan "We adopted Bruce (he was originally named Dylan) from DLT when he was just a little puppy. Now he's all grown up and loving life - especially when it involves his toys!" Taylor Click a letter to find an animal or view all.
