Gabby
February 11, 2021: It is with a heavy heart that we say farewell to Gabby. She crossed the bridge today after living many wonderful years with her long-term foster mom. Those were truly the best years of Gabby's life and she was loved and happy the entire time. While it's hard to let go, it was time for Gabby to move on as age took its toll on her. Run free Gabby, you are loved and will be missed... ❤️

Gordon
January 23, 2021: It is with a heavy heart that we bid farewell to Gordon. He was 2 when rescued and adopted, 13 when he returned after his owner passed away, and over 15 when he crossed the rainbow bridge this past week.Gordon was a sweet, loving Dachshund mix and he shared that love with his humans during his long, happy lifetime. Run free, Gordon, you are loved and missed... ❤️

Amos and Maggie
December 2, 2020: It's with great sadness we announce that two of our hospice foster dogs crossed the bridge in the last two days. Sweet little Amos, who came to us very recently, passed peacefully in his sleep. Miss Maggie, who had age-related challenges, also passed peacefully. Our hearts go out to the wonderful foster families who shared their love with these dogs. Thanks to their care, these beautiful seniors knew love and comfort. Run free, Amos and Maggie- you're both loved missed... ❤️

Frodo
November 10, 2020: It is with a heavy heart that we announce that DLT alum Frodo has crossed the rainbow bridge. His adopters gave him the best times of his life and are devastated at his passing. We are grateful that he had the opportunity to be a part of their family, and we wish them peace and comfort in their loss. Run free, Frodo, you are dearly loved and will be missed...❤️

Angel Renee
January 31, 2014: Angel Renee came to us with multiple medical problems - large bladder stones, mammary tumors, dental disease. We took care of all of these issues and Angel Renee was a happy girl again. Not long after she was in foster care she was diagnosed with Cushing's Disease, and if that weren't enough to deal with, she was also diagnosed with Cancer. Her foster family made it their mission to give her as much quality time as possible. They showered her with love and lots of TLC, and Angel Renee had several wonderful months with them. Run free, sweet girl, you are now truly an Angel.
