Jake is a very small, very loving little boy. He is very well behaved and enjoys his people-time the best of anything. Jake is the kind of dog who is just meant to be cuddled, spend time on laps and in people-beds, and just generally being spoiled. He is okay with other Dachshunds but is happier being the only fur baby in the household. Jake will do best with someone who can spend time with him. Otherwise he just isn't as happy. After all, some pets are okay with a lot of time on their own, and others just plain like to be with people. Jake is one of the people-pets.
