Harley is a beautiful little dog with a huge desire to please and be loved. He is a unique combination of dapple smooth coat, black and tan. He has silvery markings laced through his dark hair and a very special blue eye that is very typical of dapples. He is a bit shy at first, but has learned to trust humans again and has even joined in playing with his foster brothers and sisters.
