Phoebe is a very tiny dog with a big personality. She has idiopathic HGE,  serious digestive disorder, and will need ongoing care from an experienced veterinarian to monitor her condition and make sure she stays healthy. She will also need prescription food for life. She's cute and can be incredibly loving, but an owner will need to have realistic expectations for her care.
