Beaux is an absolutely adorable little guy. He's playful, active, and adventurous. Beaux is a "door darter", so he absolutely needs a secure yard, and baby gates between him and exterior doors may also be a good idea. Beaux cuddles, has good manners, and gets along with most other dogs. He does not do well with young children, though. Beaux is fine with adults, but like many small Dachshunds, he's convinced he is a small child and doesn't feel he has the time or patience for any others. He's a good boy and other than his personality quirks, Beaux is a wonderful pet! If your household is not an incredibly active revoloving door of youngsters, but you'd love a sweet, small, cuddly boy like Beaux, he may be the one for you!
