Clifford is a generally nice dog, but he has a history of digestive disorders, weight loss, and is hyperactive in general despite his deteriorating body, age-related lean muscle mass loss, and arthritic joints. With regular blood work, nutritional supplements, and pain management Clifford is a happy old gentleman despite the special care he needs. He is definitely a "high maintenance" dog, but we are grateful to be able to help with his needs as part of his sanctuary/sponsorship status.
